People Of Now Mentorship

Experience-Based Guidance. Structured for Scale.

People Of Now Mentorship
Overview

This initiative activates the "Access to Knowledge" pillar of the EEA ecosystem. It transforms the advisory board and active industry leaders, who were previously jury members, from a governance and judging body into active ecosystem enablers, providing impactful and relevant guidance to a select cohort of high-growth founders. This program aims to: Bridge the knowledge gap by connecting emerging "People of Now" winners and finalists with seasoned business leaders. Move beyond inspiration to provide practical, experience-based guidance. Implement structured reporting to track the tangible impact of mentorship on the business as it scales and grows. - Mentees: Selected from EEA winners and finalists who demonstrate high founder and business potential and are revenue-generating. - Mentors: Comprising C-suite executives, investors, and industry leaders from the EEA and People of Now network. Program Structure: To ensure structured engagement and consistent progress tracking, the mentorship cycle is anchored around 4 key touchpoints across the year. These sessions act as strategic checkpoints, guiding progress and alignment between mentor and mentee. However, the framework is not intended to limit interaction—mentors and founders are encouraged to connect, collaborate, and meet outside of these sessions as needed throughout the year. Q1: Strategy Setting (Kick-Off) - Objective: Define the North Star metric, validate the annual roadmap, and set a growth plan outlining key strategic goals for the year. Q2: Operational Deep Dive - Objective: Identify and resolve key operational roadblocks to unlock immediate business progress. Q3: Mid-Year Review & Opportunity Mapping - Objective: Assess progress against the annual roadmap, recalibrate priorities, and identify new opportunities for growth. Q4: Annual Review & Next Steps - Objective: Evaluate performance against yearly targets and define strategic priorities for the upcoming fiscal year. Reporting Mechanism: To maintain accountability, track progress, and measure ecosystem impact, each mentorship cycle will be supported by a structured reporting mechanism. 1. Pre-Session Brief (Before Every Checkpoint Meeting) - The founder will submit a one to two-page brief summarizing key points, updates, and metrics. 2. Post-Session Report (After Every Checkpoint Meeting) - The program team member session facilitator will generate a short summary report. 3. Monthly Tracking Submission (Once Per Month, Ongoing Throughout the Cycle) - The founder will complete and submit a standardized Monthly Tracking Template ahead of the check-in with a People of Now Program Coordinator. 4. Annual Impact Report (End of Cycle) - At the end of the mentorship cycle, the Program Team will produce an Annual Impact Report assessing the company’s progress relative to the start of the program.
