Why we call it Stories of Now

Stories of Now is editorial work on the people building Egypt’s next chapter. The name is deliberate: not the future, not the past, but the work happening right now that history will note later.

The premise is simple — the people of now deserve documentation while they’re building, not just retrospective profiles after they’ve scaled. We aim to write the founder stories that will be cited five years from now.

The first volume covers operators across fintech, climate, and creative industries. Each profile is researched in the field and runs long — long enough to do justice to the work.
